At Makedo, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original tags on the garments and secure them in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
